RETURN POLICY


At bykares we only offer the best of the best however we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your product to us within 14 days which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Have not been unsealed, used or open

If your item(s) are eligible for a return, please head over to the request a return page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards

Please be advised that we do not accept refunds of changes of mind for any sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges 

At this point in time we currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order online and returning your existing item.

Damaged/Incorrect items

Before we dispatch your items, the bykares team individual quality check your purchase to ensure it is in perfect condition for you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the products get damaged along the delivery process please email us on info@bykares.com with a photo of proof and we will try our best to work something out for you. 

Shipping return costs

You are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) and these costs non-refundable. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
