All parcels are shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 24-72 hours of receiving your order. Shipments are not processed on weekends and on Australian public holidays. When your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. If a dispatch delay occurs, we will inform customers of the issue within 72 hours. You can track your parcel through the Australian Post with provided tracking number here. If you can’t find the email, please check your junk mail inbox. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking number to show up.

Please be advised that at this point in time we currently only ship domestically in Australia
If you have placed an incorrect delivery address after you have finalised the payment, we are more than happy to change the delivery address. However, we can only do so if your order has not been shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible on email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate!
If a parcel is returned due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect address was submitted, you will be responsible for the re-delivery handling/postage fee. We want to make this process easier for you. If you would prefer a refund then the delivery fee will then be deducted from the total order amount. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit.
