Heimish All Clean Low pH Balancing Vegan toner is a fragrance free, alcohol free and cruelty free toner made up of 90% of natural plant ingredients. It is a mild peeling toner that exfoliates and removes dead skin, excess sebum and other impurities without irritation. This toner provides moisture and has the ability to strengthen the skin natural protective barrier while maintaining the skin's natural pH balance. The watery consistency texture of the toner calms and soothes the skin by providing it with an intense burst of hydration which leaves the skin feeling soft and silky.
