RETURN POLICY


At Bykares we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchange on products/orders that have been shipped and delivered, unless the goods are damaged. Due to the nature of cosmetics and skin products, refunds, returns and exchange will not be honored for change of mind.


If the goods are damaged, or if you have received the wrong item(s) you will have 7 days to notify us.


Before we dispatch your items, the Bykares team will individually quality check your purchase to ensure it is in perfect condition for you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the products get damaged along the delivery process, please email us on info@bykares.com with a photo of proof and we will try our best to work something out for you.
